Another favorite fishing venue in Gauteng close to Krugersdorp. Fishing at Trout hunters is normally not too crowded and plenty of mid-sized fish. The odd large fish. We like it because the kids can run around barefoot, bathrooms are close by and the area is always well kept with braai facilities all around the various dams.
Shade is limited to one section, so bring a gazebo or umbrella. Also note that no boilie fishing is aloud.
We have done well using small hooks, plain baits and bread at this venue.
Fishing at Trout Hunters in Gauteng is a great day out 🙂
