Visited La Retraite Parys on the Vaal River for a family weekend getaway and fishing close to Gauteng. We really enjoyed the stay and share gladly share some of the fishing and the beautiful landscape we experienced.
This venue is known for its hospitality, privacy (when you book two chalets) and the great fishing. Kids can run around barefoot and there is a pool for use in the summer.
The chalets are really well maintained and built. The banks have braai facilities and lights everywhere. Night fishing is great at this venue.
